 Sub :  Authorities for initiation/Review /Acceptance  for ACR for   Group �B� (Gazetted &

           Non-Gazetted), Group �C� NGO cadres of  Ordnance Factories Organization.

 

Ref : O F Board Circular No. 102/ACR/A/GB  dated  15/01/2001.

 

Due to recent reclassification of some posts under Group �B�(Non-Gazeted) it has become necessary to review the level of officers for initiating /Reviewing/Accepting of the ACRs of Group �B� (Gazetted) Group�B� ( Non-Gazetted ) and Group �C� staff.

 

  1. Following decision has been taken about the authorities for writing ACRs of the above categories :

(a)     If any Group �B� (Non-Gazetted) staff is himself a Head of Section, then the next superior officer will be the Reporting Officer for him.

 

(b)     If any officer mentioned in col (2), (3) and (4) above are not available, then that function will be performed by the next superior officer. 

       

3.                    The Circular dt. 15-01-2001 cited under reference is hereby amended to the above extent.

 

4.                    This will take effect from the date of issue of this letter
